Miriam O’Callaghan presents Altan, songs from the Mikado with the Rathmines and Rathgar Musical Society, Sibéal Ni Chasaide sings Mise Eire and – and a new take on 1916 from Lisa Darling and the Irish Burlesque School. Readings from the rebel poets with Bosco Hogan and an assessment of what we have achieved since the rising with actor Fiona Shaw, Ambassador Daniel Mulhall and community worker Sally Mulready. And Diarmuid Gavin on designing gardens inspired by the signatories to the proclamation.
