The State Commemoration of the 1916 Rising

RTÉ will be providing extensive coverage of the official State Commemorations of the 1916 Rising, offering audiences, both at home and abroad, a range of special programmes and detailed news coverage of the ceremonies marking the centenary.

As Ireland’s public service media organisation RTÉ will be the host broadcaster for these events, maximising public access to the State Commemorations, and providing complimentary live feeds to both International and domestic Irish media outlets through the RTÉ Player, RTÉ International Player and RTÉ News Now.
